JAX Parent Portal access

The Juvenile Access Communication Exchange (JAX) provides the ability for parents/guardians in an active dependency matter to:

  • View information about their case
  • View hearing dates and locations
  • View a list of case documents filed
  • View documents uploaded by parties from October 1, 2020 forward
  • Update contact information
  • Review information on Court Resources

Details about how to access JAX are available in this brochure (link).  Access to JAX requires that a valid email address is on file with the Clerk of Court.  If you are a parent in an active case and need to add or update your email address, please visit https://superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/llrc/fc_gn9/ for details on how to file it with the Clerk of Court.
