You may use the forms on this page if the following factors apply to your situation:

  • You have a current out-of-state (non-Arizona) court order that says you are entitled to the physical custody of the minor child or children AND,
  • The child is presently in the physical custody (essentially "possession") of the other party without your consent and without lawful authority and the other party has failed to return the child to you, AND,
  • The child(ren) is currently or will be in the State of Arizona and you know how to find/locate the child(ren).
