"Service" or "Notice" means giving legally required notice to another party that you have filed papers with the court that may affect them. You must give a copy of those papers to the other party and show proof to the court that you have done so.

  • You have filed a petition in Probate Court, AND
  • You have obtained an initial hearing date and received the Notice of Hearing, AND
  • You are ready to provide the Petition and Notice of Hearing to all interested parties.
