We are pleased to announce the launch of For The Record (FTR) Express Access, a new cloud-based system that will provide convenient online access to digital court recordings. This new system is part of the Judicial Branch’s continued efforts to modernize services and improve access for our Court partners and the public. 

Beginning April 6, FTR Express Access will allow users to view and request court recordings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a secure online portal. This new system is designed to streamline the request process and support timely access to digital recordings. 

The system will support requests for a variety of hearing types, including criminal, civil, tax, probate, and mental health cases. 

Using FTR Express Access, users can: 

  • Create an online account 
  • Locate hearings by either courtroom, case title, or date and time 
  • Place orders for free recordings 
  • Manage all recording requests and orders in one centralized location
