For the third consecutive year, the Judicial Branch of Arizona (Superior Court and Maricopa County Juvenile Probation Department) will collaborate with community partners to host a free, one-stop event designed to help individuals clear their juvenile records and restore their civil rights.

WHO: The Judicial Branch of Arizona (Superior Court and the Maricopa County Juvenile Probation Department) in partnership with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, the Maricopa County Office of the Public Advocate, the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court, volunteer private practice attorneys, and Arizona State University’s Youth Justice Lab.  

WHEN: Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

WHERE: Durango Juvenile Court Center, 3131 W. Durango Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85009

VISUALS: Participants (who have an eligible juvenile record) can consult with event partners to navigate their options for record destruction, civil rights restoration, setting aside adjudications, or expungement of certain marijuana offenses. Superior Court Judges will review cases on-site and issue immediate rulings. A Spanish-language interpreter will be available on-site.
