- Set aside a juvenile adjudication record
- Restore your civil rights
- Expunge marijuana-related offenses

- View a summary of your juvenile legal or probation records. For more information about requesting copies of court documents call call the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court at 602-372-5375.
- Visit the Juvenile Records Eligibility Tool created by the Arizona State University Youth Justice Lab to determine if you are eligible for the event.

Important Notes:
- Clear up any outstanding warrants before you apply.
- Juvenile records for DUI or 13--501(B) felony are not eligible for destruction of records until age 25.

Complete the process online without visiting the courthouse by following the steps above or plan to attend future events hosted annually on the first Saturday after Labor Day.
