The Judicial Branch website is a communication tool that seeks to meet the needs of our community, build the trust and confidence of the public with the roles and functions of the Judicial Branch, and support the safety, well-being, and rights of all those within our community including litigants and family members, legal professionals, citizens summoned for jury duty, educators, media reporters, volunteers, and potential and current employees.
The insights gathered from a review of previous versions of the website informed the development of the redesigned website launched in December 2023. Improvements included reducing hidden in-text links for navigation, editing content to present one cohesive voice, redesigning pages to create a visual hierarchy of information, and organizing navigation with the user in mind first. From intuitive search functions to simplified menu layouts, users can quickly locate the resources and information they need.
