- You or the other party filed a petition to establish legal decision-making (legal custody), parenting time and child support; AND
- You have attended the Parenting Information Program (PIP) and your certificate of attendance has been filed with the Clerk of Superior Court; AND
- You are going to a default hearing, or you are going to a trial, or you are submitting your default decree by motion.
