To get a divorce decree for a non-covenant marriage when minor children are involved

You may use the forms on this page if the following factors apply to your situation :
  • You or your spouse filed a petition for divorce with minor children; AND
  • You and your spouse have minor children with each other; AND
  • You have attended the Parent Information Program class and the certificate of attendance is filed with the Clerk of Superior Court; AND
  • You do not have a covenant marriage; AND
  • You are going to a default hearing, submitting your default decree by motion, or you are going to a divorce trial.
