To Get a Consent Judgment for Paternity and/or Legal Decision-Making, Parenting Time and Child Support
- You or the other party filed...
a Petition to Establish Paternity and Legal Decision-Making, Parenting Time, and Child Support, OR
a Petition to Establish Legal Decision-Making, Parenting Time, and Child Support; AND,
- You and the other party agree on ALL of the terms in the proposed court order (a "Consent Judgment"), including: Legal Decision-Making (Legal Custody), Parenting Time, Child Support, and Paternity; AND,
- You and the other parent will provide your notarized signatures on the Consent Judgment to indicate your agreement on all terms; AND,
- You and the other party have attended or will attend the Parent Information Program (PIP) before you provide the Consent Judgment to the Court.
