  • You have a valid interest in this case because:
    • You received court papers about a Court Petition relating to a guardianship or conservatorship, OR
    • You may be affected by the outcome of this case, AND
    • There are 5 or more business days remaining before the court hearing is scheduled to occur, AND
    • You disagree with the Petition and want to object to what the Petitioner told the court in the petition.

 

NOTE: Do not use these forms to object to a guardianship for a minor filed in Juvenile Court. A Juvenile Court guardianship case would have a case number starting with "JG."
