Family Workshops and Clinics

In collaboration with the Family Department, the LLRC hosts free, online workshops regarding Family court forms and processes.  Topics include:

  • divorce and legal separation process, (in English and Spanish)
  • process for establishing paternity and/or legal decision-making and parenting time, and
  • modifying child support.

See the event calendar on this page for opportunities. Information about these workshops can also be found here in English and Spanish.

The LLRC also hosts a Family Forms Clinic at the downtown location (101 W Jefferson, Phoenix). ASU law students and attorneys from the Arizona Legal Center can help you fill out Family Court forms. This Clinic has very limited space for pre-registration and walk-ins. See the events calendar for dates and more details.

In addition, the LLRC hosts brief legal advice clinics at the downtown location (101 W Jefferson, Phoenix). Volunteer attorneys with the Arizona Legal Center, Community Legal Services, and other community organizations offer free 15-minute appointments on various legal issues a few times each month.  Dates, times, and issues covered are detailed in the event calendar.

Criminal Workshops

The LLRC in collaboration with the Criminal Department hosts a workshop on the process for sealing criminal records. The workshop reviews the forms and process for Superior Court cases. See the event calendar for opportunities. Forms are available here.

Probate Classes

The Probate Department has online tutorial videos and manuals you can view on Guardianship and Accounting.

Community-Based Legal Clinics and Workshops

In addition to the workshops, classes, and clinics hosted by the Superior Court, the community offers many legal clinics and workshops throughout the year.  See the AZCourtHelp.org website for some of these events: https://azcourthelp.org/public-events.
