Step 1 of 2:

Completing and Filing the Court Papers - General information and/or court forms and instructions about filing for temporary orders for child support, Legal Decision Making (Custody), and/or parenting time ("visitation"), and/or in divorce, legal separation or annulment cases, for spousal maintenance , property/debt division, access to cash and cash accounts , and/or award of attorney fees.

Step 2 of 2:

Service of the Papers - General information and/or court forms and instructions about serving court papers on the other party when he/she lives in the State of Arizona; serving court papers on the other party when he/she lives in the United States, but not in the State of Arizona and serving court papers on the other party when you do not know where he/she lives.
