If you want to proceed WITHOUT notice, use the Pre-Decree Temporary Orders WITHOUT Notice (Emergency) to Other Party
forms only if you meet the criteria.

In all other situations, use the Pre-Decree Temporary Orders WITH Notice to Other Party forms.
