Change Child Support - Standard Process - You may use this process to request a change in child support due to a "substantial and continuing change in circumstances." If your current child support order is NOT from Arizona, you must modify child support in the state the order is from unless you register the child support order in Arizona and the Court accepts the registration.

Change Child Support By Agreement - You may use this process to request a change in child support if BOTH parties will provide their notarized signatures on an Agreement to Modify Child Support. If your current child support order is NOT from Arizona, you must modify child support in the state the order is from unless you register the child support order in Arizona and the Court accepts the registration.

Change Spousal Maintenance OR Change Spousal Maintenance and Child Support - Standard Process - You may use this process to request a change in spousal maintenance (alimony) or spousal maintenance and child support due to a "substantial and continuing change in circumstances." If your current child support order is NOT from Arizona, you must modify child support in the state the order is from unless you register the child support order in Arizona and the Court accepts the registration.
