CHANGE CHILD SUPPORT - SIMPLIFIED PROCESS

Step 1 of 2:

Completing and Filing the Court Papers - Court forms and instructions to file a Request to Change (Modify) a Court Order for Support - Simplified Process. Use this process if you have completed a new Child Support Worksheet that shows you are entitled to a change of 15% or more from the current amount.

For Step 2 of 2 choose only one of the following:

Service of the Papers - General information and/or court forms and instructions about serving court papers on the other party.

Objecting:

Objecting and Requesting a Court Hearing - Court forms and instructions to Object to a Request to Change (Modify) a Court Order for Support - Simplified Process.

Other Files You May Want:

Modify Child Support - All Methods including Standard Process (“Standard Modification”), Agreement to Modify, etc.

How to Calculate Child Support (when you can’t use the free online Child Support Calculator and Worksheet at: http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/ezCourtForms/

Income Information - Court forms and instructions to find out how much the other party makes at work.

Request the Court to Change Your Address or Name - Court forms and instructions to ask the court to update its records because of a change of your address or name.

Waiver or Deferral of Court Fees and Costs - Court forms to ask the court to waive or defer fees and costs.
