Step 1 of 3:
Completing and Filing the Court Papers - Court forms and instructions to file a Petition to Modify Legal Decision Making (Custody) and parenting time.

Step 2 of 3:
Service of the Papers - General information and/or court forms and instructions about serving court papers on the other party.

Step 3 of 3:
Final Order - Court forms and instructions on getting the new court order for Legal Decision Making (Custody), parenting time, and support.

Waiver or Deferral of Court Fees and Costs
