Establish Legal Decision-Making, Parenting Time and Child Support
Step 1 of 4:
Filing the Court Papers - Court forms and instructions to file a Petition to Establish Legal Decision-Making (legal custody), Parenting Time and Child Support.

For Step 3 of 4, choose only one of the following:

OR

Step 4 of 4:
Get a Default Decree or Court Order - Court forms and instructions for a default decree, or to go to the court hearing for an order that establishes legal decision-making, parenting time, and child support.
OR
Consent Judgment - Court forms and instructions to get a Court Order for legal decision-making, parenting time and child support when both parties agree on everything.
